Psyllium Husk is only upper layer of psyllium seed (isabgol seed) which is an agricultural crop, seen only in Gujarat & by surrounding areas. Isabgol is a unani herb which is widely used in all over the world as a dietary supplement. Isabgol Husk has no nutrition, it has only fibers in which 80% fibers are water soluble.  As per worldwide studies, dietary fiber is cleaning all body toxins & serum cholesterol & non-soluble fiber cleans food pipes. The main specialty of Psyllium Husk, it seems sticky but is not a gum, is mucilage. This product absorb water & makes outer layer sticky by which food pipes gets clean & dust is removed.

Usage:-  1 teaspoon=5 gm (approx.) of Laxofizz sufficient for average person(add as per your requirement). Add 1 teaspoon into a glass of water (approx. 250 ml), stir & drink immediately. An additional glass of water is advisable.
